Kingston Private Health and the NHS is well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases, and measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of the public and patients whilst NHS staff ensure services continue to be available.

If you have travelled to/from China, Iran, Italy, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar in the past 14 days OR

If you have symptoms of a sore throat, cough, shortness of breath or fever and think that you may have been in contact with someone with the above travel history or who has been diagnosed with Coronavirus (Covid-19), please call NHS 111 and follow the advice given.

Please note, we are unable to offer testing for Covid-19.

Your Stay

However long your stay, we want you to be comfortable and relaxed. With renovated rooms, our newly-designed accessible en-suites and a bright and welcoming reception area, our aim is for you to experience an exceptional level of comfort during your stay with us. Our specialist team of professionals will oversee your care and visit you throughout your time at Kingston Private Health.

From the moment you contact Kingston Private Health, our expert and friendly staff are here to help. They will provide information and reassurance about your diagnosis and treatment. Whether you are coming to hospital as an outpatient or being admitted, our aim is to help put you at your ease.

Our nursing team and a full range of general and special medical services will ensure you receive the best clinical care we can provide and the critical care team is always on hand to provide support if needed.

We also appreciate that for those who may need to stay with us for more than one or two nights you may require additional personal services. A member of our support team will be delighted to arrange services such as hairdressing or chiropody on request. Please do not hesitate to raise such requests either before or during your stay.

We want your stay with us to be as relaxing as possible so we welcome your visitors at any time during your stay at Kingston Private Health.

If you require an interpreter, please do let us know before your planned stay as we can arrange an interpreter for most languages on request.
